Thank you for such a delicious recipe! Seems like it's simple to make and light on the digestive system. I tried making cheese cake once, and that was a bust lol. I also was too impatient to wait for it to cool, so that didn't help.
I had the good fortune to have this cake made for me for my birthday and it is the loveliest cake I have ever eaten. Really delicious unfortunately I had to share it with 6 other people one of whom doesn't particularly care for desserts. Someone should have told him :-)
